Documents Required to Apply for Alberta Affordability Payments
You may apply online or in person at our registry office for Alberta Affordability Payments. Our knowledgeable staff are here to ensure that your registry needs are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

Albertans Will Need The Following to Apply:

Proof of residency

Social Insurance Number (If they are also applying for spouse/partner they will need their Social Insurance Number as well)

Banking information (if electronic funds transfer is requested)/ If they do not have their banking information a cheque can be sent.

To apply for dependents, the applicant requires the dependents’ name and date of birth.
